Grade of recycled plastics
The raw materials used from recycled plastics are not the same as granulation characteristics, and recycled plastic particles can be divided into 3 grades.
Grade 1 materials: 1 Generally use non-contact edge materials after processing, some nozzle materials, rubber materials.
Grade 2 material: 1 Recycled granular plastic after the second use. It is worth noting that in addition to high-pressure particles, imported large parts are used in high-pressure particles, and imported large if it is an industrial film, there is no wind and sunshine.
Grade 3 material: The raw material is the plastic that is used twice or even above, and the particle elasticity and toughness after processing are poor.
Confirm the quality of recycled plastics
Here the author proposed 6 inspection methods, please refer to the comparison:
1. Color: Transparency is an intuitive indicator of recycled plastic particles in the measurement, the higher the transparency, the lighter the color, the better the quality. For the color of recycled plastic particles at the same time, the color is not uniform
2, smell: regenerated particles often have 1 specified smell, high-quality particles smell small. Poor quality particle raw materials are not good, and may become an additive into 1 during the granulation process, with large odor and pungent smell.
3. Luster: Recycled plastic particles produced with raw materials with poor physical and mechanical properties have poor luster, rough feel, low particle grade, and recycled plastic particles should be smooth and lubricated, and feel good.
4. Drawing: Observe the drawing after melting the plastic particles, whether the silk is formed, uniformity, elasticity, if these conditions are met, the particle quality will be very good.
5, floating: particle density can 1 to some extent, feedback the advantages and disadvantages of recycled plastic particles.
6. Combustion: Ignite particles, the combustion process will release black smoke or melt quickly will reduce the quality.
